The participants are expected to have and shall be responsible for their own insurance to cover for expenses related to medical treatment while on travel or in France when attending the Summit and the related events. |

The lunches and dinners for the 3 - 4 - 5 December will be sponsored to all participants that registered until the deadline of November 20th. After this date, WFO cannot guarantee the sponsorship of meals as the package will be already closed for a specific number of people. |
