Simultaneous interpretation in English, French, Arabic, Turkish, Russian and Spanish/Portuguese will be provided. Official documents will be available in english. The other languages will be provided according to availability. |

| On Arrival: |
The WFS+5 Secretariat will set up a Welcome Desk at Ataturk Airport in Istanbul. |

| Currency: |
The local currency is the Turkish Lire (TYK). Currency can be exchanged at major banks, exchange booths and at most hotels. The average exchange rate is 1 EUR = 2 Turkish Lires and 1 USD = 1,50 TYK. |

| Insurance: |
The participants are expected to have and shall be responsible for their own insurance to cover for expenses related to medical treatment while on travel or in Turkey when attending the Summit and the related events. |

December: Winter is usually cold and rainy occasional snow showers is observed. |

The lunches and dinners for the 4 - 5- 6 December will be sponsored to all participants that registered until the deadline of November 20th. After this date, WFO cannot guarantee the sponsorship of meals as the package will be already closed for a specific number of people. |
