The
Government of Hainan Province and of Sanya City offered a welcome
banquet to all Summit participants. Governors, Ministers, Parliamentarians,
Academia and Local Authorities and NGO Representatives were present.
The
participants enjoyed typical foods and learned more about the
local artistic expressions, which were highly appreciated and
applauded.
