Dr. Zbigniew Izdebski, Phd Dean of Faculty of Education and Social Sciences at the University of Zielona Góra

Professor, dr Zbigniew Izdebski, Phd, the head of Counselling and Sexology Unite at the University of Zielona Góra. Since 2005, the Dean of Faculty of Education and Social Sciences at the University of Zielona Góra. The Professor of Institute of Social Clinical Psychology at the Warsaw School of Social Psychology. He works for the Chair of Biomedical Bases of Development and Education of the Warsaw University and he is also the head of Post- Graduate Studies in Sexual Education at the Warsaw University. Professor Izdebski is an educator, a family counsellor and a sexologist. From 1999 to 2003 he was the President of Main Board Family Planning Association. Hi is the President of Association for Fighting Against Child Prostitution and Pornography PRO-ECPAT, Vice-president of Polish AIDS Research Society, Scientific Secretary of Polish Academy of Medicine. Professor is an author of many international research projects and publications in the field of sexual health, reproductive health, prevention from HIV/ AIDS, preventing children from being exploited in prostitution, pornography and sexual commerce, protection of child’s rights included in the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
