Dear Sir,

The Department of Human Resource Science and Technology of the African Union Commission has the pleasure to invite you to participate to the Expert meeting from 26 to 27 May 2006 and the AU Conference of Ministers in charge on 28 May 2006 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

With regard to your valuable experience in the field of Youth development issues and in the perspective of strengthening our cooperation in this field, we would highly appreciate your participation to the meeting.

The purpose of the meetings is to consider and to adopt the following documents:

1. The Pan African Youth Charter;

2. The strategy to implement the Pan African youth Charter;

3. The strategy to revitalize and to re-organize the Pan African Youth Union.

The Department will cover your visa and accommodation expenses.

In order to facilitate the issuing of your visa that should wait you at Addis Ababa Bole International Airport, we kindly request you to send to us as soon as possible: your confirmation to attend the meeting, your full name, profession, address, telephone, email, passport number, date and place of issue, date of expiration.
